		<description>The picture painted seems truly utopian. So, since this is all so easy to grasp and obvious, why isn&#039;t it on the health care reform table. As Stephen has said, there is a vital political element that must be considered and overcome.

Thus, my question: How do we get such proposals as Stephen&#039;s a place at the health care reform table? The Republicans can&#039;t even get something as simple as transparency across state lines considered. What can those of us who see this market oriented system as completely obvious do to move it forward from philosophical discussion to reality?</description>
